Now Ceylon and Chinese, Malabar from India and the Moluccas (cinnamon variety), cinnamon with honey is used to strengthen health, immunity and lose weight in various liquids and dishes.

From cinnamon – the smell of oriental spices and honey with the aroma and sweetness of a summer meadow and flowers, they create masterpieces of culinary art and cocktails with a tart astringent, slightly pungent and warming taste with a touch of fluidity and are used to break down fat in the subcutaneous tissue.

We can speak about natural bee honey only in superlatives, since honey for weight loss is a storehouse of trace elements and vitamins that are beneficial to the health of every person without allergies.

Cinnamon, due to its composition, is capable of providing a therapeutic effect in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, kidneys and liver, and the blood system. It raises tone and promotes appetite, improves memory, lowers blood glucose concentration and prolongs youth.

The property of cinnamon to slow down the movement of food from the stomach into the intestines and to maintain a feeling of fullness for a long time was adopted by everyone who wants to get rid of excess ballast in problem areas of the body, that is, “to lose weight deliciously”.

Since cinnamon with honey has cleansing properties, it is useful to mix them with cereals, yoghurts and kefir, cocoa, coffee, green and black tea, add to jellies and puddings. Its combination with carrots, spinach, young corn makes it possible to prepare diet salads.

In order for the intestinal motility to be active, cinnamon and honey are preferable to use together with liquids on an empty stomach:

Tea: boiling water (1 cup – 200 ml) is mixed with cinnamon (1 tsp), infused for half an hour and honey (2 tsp) is added. Drink 100 ml in the morning and at night.
Fortified drink: cinnamon (1 tsp. With a slide) is steamed overnight in a teapot with boiling water – 250 ml. In the morning, add and dissolve pollen in a teapot – 1 tsp. and honey – 2 tsp. They drink 50 ml on an empty stomach half an hour before meals. In this case, use a fractional five meals a day.
Prepare fruit soup or compote from fresh fruits (pears, quince or apples) or dried fruits – 2 liters, add cinnamon to boiling water – 4 tsp. and stir. Cool to 40˚С and add honey – 8 tsp, or to taste
