HONEY WRAP

HONEY WRAP

Honey wrap is a popular slimming procedure that is very easy to do at home. A honey wrap will make the skin smooth, reduce excess centimeters at the waist and hips and improve metabolism.

Honey for wrapping should be liquid. It is better to take fresh or slightly (not higher than 39 degrees Celsius) warm up the shrunken honey. As for the variety, wrapping will have a positive effect regardless of the type of honey. It is only important that the honey is real, therefore it is better to buy it from a trusted beekeeper or in honey from a well-known manufacturer in a large retail network.

After you have purchased a sufficient amount of natural honey, you need to prepare the skin for a honey wrap. The skin must be cleaned with soap and scrubs. The scrub can be used both home and store bought. The scrub will remove excess skin particles, clearing the way for the beneficial substances of honey.

By the way, if you carry out the entire procedure in a bath, the effect of the wrapping will be maximum.

After cleansing the skin, proceed to the wrapping itself. There are several different options for possible compositions, here are some of them:

1) pure honey – classic wrap

2) honey with mustard – this composition has a strong warming effect

Recipe: Take two tablespoons of dry mustard, one teaspoon each of apple cider vinegar, sugar and salt, and leave for one day. The next day, add the same amount of honey to the mixture.

3) honey with oil (burdock, olive or other)

4) honey with milk or yogurt in a 2: 1 ratio.

We take 2 parts of honey and 1 part of a dairy product, apply to problem areas.

After applying the composition to the body, wrap the problem areas with cling film, and put on warm pants on top or lie under the blanket for 40 minutes – an hour. After that, carefully remove the film, wash off the remaining mixture, gently massaging the skin, and then lubricate with cream.

In order for the honey wrap to give the maximum effect, it must be carried out regularly, taking breaks of 2-3 days.
