Consistency: Delicate creamy structure, crystallizes for 6-9 months of storage, color from light golden to amber. Delicious, fragrant, not crystallized honey, came safe and sound. The only thing is not clear why the small jar was packed in a huge cardboard box without bubble wrap, fortunately, a whole one came, therefore 5 stars :)
