Cinnamon with honey for weight loss – how to apply?
1/2 tsp pour cinnamon with a glass of boiling water. Insist, covering the glass until it cools down. Add 1 tsp there. honey, stir everything. Insist. Take 1/2 cup twice a day – before bedtime and in the morning on an empty stomach.
Put what remains for the morning in the refrigerator. Drink in the morning without warming up. The proportions of cinnamon and honey are 1: 2. 1 part cinnamon and 2 parts honey. Use it in courses.
