LIQUID HONEY IN WINTER – WHERE FROM?
After pumping out, which takes place right in the apiary, honey is stored in flasks, mostly in a shrunken state. However, to put honey in jars, it must be “dissolved” to a liquid state. The process of dissolution (transfer of honey from a shrunken state to a liquid state) occurs at a permissible temperature of 35-38 ° C and takes from 3 to 6 days. At the specified temperature, honey, becoming liquid, retains all its beneficial properties. That is why you can find liquid honey on store shelves in winter.

Can I buy honey at the honey fair?
A honey fair is an event that comes in two main formats: open (when different beekeepers bring their honey to the fair) and closed (honey from one or more producers is sold there, usually in a large shopping center). At an open fair (or, more simply, a market), there is no confirmation of the quality of honey; at such an event it is easy to buy a fake or simply low-quality product. As for the honey fair in the trading network, buying honey there guarantees the quality and compliance of products with existing standards.
How to make a honey wrap?
Honey for wrapping should be natural and liquid. Before the procedure, be sure to cleanse the skin with soap and scrubs. The scrub will remove excess skin particles, clearing the way for the beneficial substances of honey. After cleansing the skin, proceed to the wrapping itself. Prepare the mixture for the wrap in advance: two tablespoons of dry mustard, one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, sugar and salt each, leave for one day. The next day, add the same amount of honey to the mixture. After applying the composition to the body, wrap the problem areas with cling film, and put on warm pants on top or lie under the blanket for 40 minutes – an hour. After that, carefully remove the film, wash off the remaining mixture, gently massaging the skin, and then lubricate with cream. In order for the honey wrap to give the maximum effect, it must be carried out regularly, taking breaks of 2-3 days.
