Is there a honey diet for weight loss?

There are a great many honey diets, we offer you one of them:

Breakfast: 150 gr. Low-fat cottage cheese with a spoonful of honey, green apple, sugar-free tea
Lunch: low-fat yogurt, vegetable or fruit juice
Lunch: boiled cabbage or stewed vegetables, boiled chicken or fish, a cup of tea with honey
Afternoon snack: fruits (apples, oranges)
Dinner: a glass of kefir and a spoonful of honey. For a change, on other days of the diet, you can eat vegetable broth, cucumber, tomato and a spoonful of honey for dinner.

For a week of the honey diet, up to five kilograms are lost.

What is propolis tincture used for?

Alcoholic tincture of propolis has antiseptic, wound healing, antitoxic properties, relieves vascular spasm, stimulates metabolic processes, tissue restoration and protective reactions of the body. Externally, propolis tincture is used to treat diseases of the mucous membrane of the mouth, gums, teeth in the form of rinsing – 1 tsp. infusions for 10 ml of water. Internally, the tincture is taken for colds and flu, bronchitis, pneumonia, stomach ulcers and others. The dose can be 20-60 drops, the tincture is diluted in a quarter or half a glass of water. The dose for children is calculated according to the principle: for 1 year old child – 1/20 of the adult dose.

How to determine if a wax is natural?

Natural beeswax has a color ranging from white to yellow with a brownish tint. Its smell is pleasant, honey-propolis, or may be absent altogether (in white wax). If you hit a piece of wax with hammers, it breaks easily. On a cut or fracture of natrue wax, a well-visible fine-crystalline structure. Natural wax cut – matte. Wax with impurities is more fragile, will crumble when kneading, and natural wax softens and becomes plastic.

What honey is considered hypoallergenic?

Are there any allergies to honey?

Yes, it happens, but quite rarely. The most common cause of honey allergy is the pollen that it contains. But in this case, the allergy will be not only to a specific honey variety, but also to the pollen of this plant. In more rare cases, honey can cause allergies due to individual intolerance to the components. To check if you are allergic to honey, grease the neck fold with honey or eat a little and wait 10-15 minutes. If no reactions appear, you are not allergic to honey.
