Dandelion honey

In order to make honey from dandelions, you need to collect about 400 flowers (necessarily from an ecologically clean area) with a yellow head. Soak dandelion flowers in cold water for a day. Then squeeze the flowers and pour out the water. Add 1 liter of water to the flowers, 1 teaspoon of citric acid, bring to a boil and cook for another 15 minutes. Cool the broth and strain through a sieve, and squeeze the flowers to a drop. Add 1 kg of sugar to the resulting broth and boil the syrup, covered with a lid, over low heat for about 1 hour, until a mass of medium consistency is formed. Dandelion honey is ready!
