In folk medicine, honey is often used to treat liver diseases. It is called the main chemical laboratory of the body for a reason – the liver is a filter for the removal of biological poisons.

A substance such as Glycogen is responsible for this, which improves the processes of tissue renewal.

Regular consumption of honey increases the stores of glycogen in the liver.
Glycogen is a store of sucrose that our liver stores.
Honey is good precisely because it consists of 85% natural sucrose and glucose, which are completely absorbed by the body.

Cleansing the liver:
To cleanse the liver, it is necessary to rinse the oats, dry them and grind them in a mortar. Every morning, add 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of honey and 2 drops of Lugol’s solution to a glass of strained oatmeal liquid (before that, stir everything well in the jar) and drink everything. Be careful that blue iodine in Lugol’s solution and apple cider vinegar are not suitable for everyone, so you should consult a doctor before using.
