Every year our experts go
on harvesting expeditions
to the protected corners of Russia to
choose the best and rarest types of honey.

Some honey plants grow in hard
–to-reach places and in small quantities, so
to try pure honey collected from them is
a real pleasure and rare luck.

We are proud to present to you our
collection of honey “Berestov A.S”. “Black edition”.

Tangerine honey is a product
of processing the nectar of several citrus fruits at once:
tangerines, lemons. orange. Citrus
trees bloom in March and April, their nectar
produces light amber honey with excellent
confectionery flavor. Collected in a special
climate that combines sea and mountain
air, honey contains useful essential
oils (phytoncides). The antioxidant
properties of tangerine honey
protect the body from the action of
free radicals.

MINT honey, 500 g
Honey collection regions: Suusamyr Valley,
Chui region (Kyrgyzstan).
The taste is moderately sweet, refreshing,
with a slight smell of menthol.
The main difference between mint honey and other natural
treats is the high content of aromatic
substances such as menthol, cineol and limonene. Thanks
to these essential compounds obtained
from mint pollen, bee nectar becomes
such a valuable product. Mint honey
is indicated for the rapid recovery
of the body in chronic
fatigue, mental
overload.

TIEN SHAN MOUNTAIN honey, 500 g
Regions of honey collection: Toktogul district,
foothills of the Ferghana ranges,
Suusamyr-Too (Kyrgyzstan).
Bright taste with a pleasant slightly tart
aftertaste.
Tien Shan Mountain honey is the most useful
and natural product, as bees collect
pollen from plants high in the mountains, at an altitude of
2000-3500 m, in ecologically clean places.
Mountain flowers and herbs contain
countless useful trace elements and
give honey a bright taste and aroma.

CONIFEROUS honey, 500 g
Honey collection regions: foothills
Caucasian ridge, south of Russia.
The taste is characterized by moderate sweetness and aromatic
bitterness with a hint of malt.
When bees do not have enough flower nectar, they
begin to collect and process – sugary
drops formed on the needles at a temperature drop.
Such honey contains a lot
of useful minerals, polysaccharides, as well as plant
phytoncides with a
disinfecting effect. In terms of the content
of free amino acids and protein, such
honey exceeds flower honey by about
3-4 times, which is why it is so
useful for humans.

CORIANDER honey, 500 g
Honey collection regions: southern regions of Russia, the Caucasus.
The taste is sweet-herbal with a pronounced caramel
aftertaste. Spicy rich aroma with notes
of herbal collection (medicinal plant).
Very log coriander honey is very
rare. The reason is that the specific smell
coriander flowers scare off bees, and they collect
nectar from them at the very last turn when around
there are no other honey plants. Thanks to the saturated
essential oils and phytoncides
to the composition, coriander honey increases
the body’s resistance to viruses
and infections, improves the quality of sleep,
relieves headaches.
