Bashkir honey

Bashkir honey

Bashkiria is a reserved land of fresh, clean air and crystal clear water in mountain streams. The famous Bashkir honey absorbs the famous couscous and aroma in these parts.
When you drive through the small Bashkir villages in the north of the republic, you are captivated by the feeling of rare unity with nature.
About four hundred species of honey plants grow in Bashkiria (including willow, honeysuckle, blueberry, lingonberry, clover, cow parsnip, wild rose, raspberry, fireweed, sweet clover and many others). Mixing in the air, the aromas of these plants form a cocktail that makes you feel a little dizzy.

There is so much honey in Bashkiria! Melilot, raspberry, fireweed, buckwheat, and, of course, polyfloral, flower honey. Tirelessly collecting nectar from each flower, the bees work on the Bashkir herbs.

But the most famous Bashkir honey is, of course, linden honey. On the territory of this republic, 35% of all linden trees in Russia grow! That is why almost all monofloral lime honey is created here.

Linden Bashkir honey is delicate, refined and has incredible healing power. This honey contains essential antimicrobial substances. Folk recipes recommend treating colds, sore throats, runny nose and bronchitis with lime honey.
