Almost everyone loves Asian cuisine. It turns out that making them in your own kitchen is not difficult at all, you just need to have a few simple products on hand, such as natural honey. A common combination in Asian cuisine is meat with honey and spices.

Chicken breast with honey and spices

Try honey-and-spice chicken breast.

  • a small head of garlic;
  • 2 tbsp. l. honey;
  • 2 medium chicken breasts;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • ground ginger, curry, black pepper to taste;
  • 4 tbsp. l. soy sauce.

Rinse the breasts, separate the meat from the bone, cut into small cubes. Add curry, pepper, sprinkle with ginger, pour in soy sauce. Squeeze the garlic with a garlic press, add to the meat and mix thoroughly. To soak the chicken with spices, refrigerate. At this time, pour vegetable oil into the pan, add honey there. It will soon become liquid; stir it well with butter and place the chicken pieces in the pan. Fry until an amber crust forms on all sides. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the meat a couple of minutes before cooking.

Thai shrimp soup

Try the original Thai shrimp soup as a hot dish. Despite its exotic composition, it is quick and easy to prepare.

  • ginger root;
  • 1 tsp honey;
  • 1 medium lime;
  • 10 king prawns;
  • 300 ml. fish broth;
  • 4-5 shiitake mushrooms;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • cilantro;
  • lemongrass;
  • 1 tbsp. l. fish sauce;
  • 1 chili pepper;
  • 300 ml. coconut milk;
  • vegetable oil.

Boil mushrooms and shrimps. Cut the garlic into slices, fry in oil with pepper, cool and grind in a mortar. Pour coconut milk and broth into a saucepan, bring to a boil and toss in finely chopped ginger and lemongrass. Stir, add garlic and pepper, wait a couple of minutes, add mushrooms and fish sauce. After another couple of minutes of cooking, pour in a mixture of lime juice and honey. Stir well and remove from heat, then add shrimp to the soup. Use cilantro for decoration.

Pink lemonade

You can quench your thirst with an unusual drink, which is more related to oriental cuisine, but it is also common in Asian countries – ovshala, or pink lemonade.

  • dried tea rose petals (preferably red);
  • 0.5 l. water;
  • 0.5 lemon;
  • 4 tbsp. l. honey.

Add honey to rose petals, pour boiling water over everything, squeeze out the juice of half a lemon. Cool, drain. Serve with plenty of ice.
