HONEY, GINGER, LEMON

In the modern world, time is the most important resource, so it is often simply unacceptable to spend it on fighting ailments. Therefore, strong immunity is the best medicine. Moreover, it is not necessary to buy pills and potions to strengthen it, because there are many time-tested funds presented to us by nature itself. Among them, it is worth highlighting lemon, honey and ginger.

Ginger is rich in phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, calcium, sodium, and other important minerals. In addition, vitamins A, B1-B3, C, E, K, fatty acids, as well as linoleic acid, which are not produced independently in our body, will be kept in it.

Toning cocktail

For the recipe you will need:

• 500 ml of water

• juice of 1/3 lemon

• ginger about 1/2 walnuts. walnut

• honey 1 tbsp. l.

Finely grate the washed ginger and place in a container. Squeeze lemon juice there, add honey and water. Move everything carefully. The drink should be cloudy. Let it brew for at least 2 hours. Strain the cocktail before serving.

Vitamin Blend

For cooking you will need:

• 250 grams of ginger

• 2 lemons

• 250 gr of liquid lime honey

Grate the ginger, pour boiling water over the unpeeled lemons for a few seconds and chop, add honey, mix several times, cover with cling film. Place the mixture in a cold place for a day. It should be taken twice a day, one teaspoonful before meals with a glass of boiled, but not hot, water.

Tibetan spice tea

For cooking you will need:

• 3 tbsp. l. Grated ginger

• 1.5 l of water

• 5 tbsp. l. honey

• 5 tbsp. l. lemon juice

• 3-4 sprigs of mint

• turmeric, allspice, cardamom, cinnamon.

Bring water to a boil, add ginger, simmer for 2 minutes. After heat treatment, add spices and lemon juice, cover the container and leave for 20 minutes. Then add mint, mix with honey, leave for 20 minutes and use hot.

Ginger jelly

For cooking you will need:

• 1 lemon

• 100 grams of ginger

• 100 gr honey

Fold the chopped food into a sterilized container, cork tightly and place in the cold for 3 weeks. You can take it as an independent dish, or with hot tea or warm water.
