In the cold season, honey-based drinks are especially relevant, which will not only warm even on the coldest day, but also strengthen the immune system.

Honey-lingonberry juice


  • 200 g. Lingonberries;
  • 1 l. water;
  • 50-100 g of honey (to taste)

Wash the lingonberries, put the berries in a saucepan, add water, bring to a boil and let cool. We add honey at the end, when the drink becomes warm, since it is important for us to preserve the beneficial properties of the bee product. This fruit drink can be served cold, with ice cubes.

Ginger-citrus drink with honey


  • half a lemon (lime);
  • 1 l. water;
  • 1 small grapefruit;
  • 2 tbsp. l. honey;
  • mint, ginger to taste.

Put the lemon, grapefruit and mint in a saucepan or pitcher, add the ginger root grated on a coarse grater. Pour boiling water over and wait until the drink becomes warm. Add honey at the end.

Coffee mulled wine with honey


  • 200 ml. water and dry red wine;
  • cinnamon stick;
  • 2 tsp natural ground coffee;
  • half an orange;
  • cloves, cinnamon, honey, star anise (stars) – to taste.

We brew coffee, wait until it is infused. Pour wine into a saucepan, add coffee and honey, stir. Cut citrus fruits into thin rings, add to the drink, and throw spices there. Mulled wine should be hot, but not boiling. Remove from heat, cover with a lid and wait another 15-20 minutes to give the drink a rich taste.

Spicy tea with honey


  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1.5 tbsp. loose tea;
  • 1 l. water;
  • a small root of ginger;
  • 2 sticks of cinnamon;
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns;
  • 1.5 tbsp. milk;
  • honey, cardamom – to taste.

Pour water into a saucepan or stewpan, add pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger root cut into thin slices. At the cloves of garlic, make cuts on the sides and directly put the whole in the same water. Put on fire, bring to a boil, turn off and leave to brew for a few minutes. Then add tea, wait until brewed. At this time, put milk with honey on the fire, wait for it to boil. Pour the spicy tea mixture filtered through a fine strainer into hot milk.

Apple sbiten


  • orange peel, dried thyme, cloves, cinnamon – to taste;
  • 150 g of honey;
  • 1 l. water;
  • 2 small apples.

Cut the apples into thin slices, pour the spices on top, fill them with water, put them on the fire and cook until the apples soften. Leave the spice mixture to cool, then add the honey. We filter and serve in glass glasses.
