Hercules with honey and prunes

Ingredients:

Cooking method:

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of flour
  • Soda on the tip of a knife

Cooking method:

Rub the bean curd on a fine grater, through a sieve or grind it in a meat grinder.

Add salt, honey, soda, soy milk, mix until smooth and add flour. We divide the mass into flat cakes the size of half a palm.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 2 medium apples

Cooking method:

We start by grinding walnuts to a very fine crumb state. Combine the sifted wheat flour with baking powder. Pour granulated sugar into a deep bowl, pour in vegetable oil and drinking water. Next, we send the container with the above ingredients to the water bath.

Ingredients:

Cooking method:

Dissolve the yeast with water, mix with sifted flour, add sugar, vegetable oil, a little crushed almonds and knead the dough (if the dough sticks to your hands, add more flour). Leave it to rise for 1 hour.

Cut the peeled apples into thin slices, mix with sugar, cinnamon and raisins soaked in boiling water. Roll the risen dough into a layer, put the filling on it and roll the dough into a tube. Place the strudel on a parchment-lined baking sheet at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes. Serve with poured honey “Berestov A.S.” Altaytsvet “Maisky”.

Ingredients:

Dough:

  • 3 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 glass of water

Filling:

  • 600 g apples
  • 70 g sugar
  • 50 g of honey “Berestov A.S.” Altai Tsvet “Buckwheat”
  • 5 apples

Cooking method:

Put the water in the refrigerator to cool, then dissolve the salt in it. Sift flour into a bowl through a sieve, make a depression in it and, gradually adding water, knead the dough. Transfer the dough to the board along with the rest of the flour and continue kneading until it becomes smooth. Cover the dough with a napkin and leave for 20 minutes for the gluten to swell.

Ripe soft apples, peel, core and cut into strips. Then sprinkle with sugar, stir and let stand for 15 minutes. Divide the unleavened steep dough into pieces, roll them out thinly, put the filling, mold the dumplings and boil in salted water.

Then mix again and roll into a sausage, which is cut into pieces of equal size. Roll out thin cakes from them, put minced meat on each and pinch the edges.

Cook the dumplings in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes.

Cooking method:

Wash and peel the carrots, grate on a fine grater, salt and pour over with lemon juice. Add crushed nuts, honey “Berestov A.S. “Bashkirkhan Linden” and stir. Walnuts can be substituted for peanuts or almonds.

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp dry yeast

  • salt (to taste)
  • 0.5 tsp dry powder of garlic

Cooking method:

We make dough: in warm (36-37 * C) water, dissolve honey “Berestov A.S.” Altaytsvet “Mountain”, and then dry yeast mixed with 2-3 tbsp. l. flour. We put in a warm place for 5-10 minutes so that the yeast rises like a “hat”.

Sift the flour (1 cup) into another dish, pour the yeast mixture into it, knead the soft dough, add the vegetable oil, knead again, if the dough continues to stick to your hands, add flour little by little, continuing to knead. If desired, add a little onion and garlic powder at the end of the batch.

We put the almost finished dough for 10-15 minutes in a warm place. The dough is ready!

Lean pizza with avocado, olives and garlic

Ingredients:

For the test:

  • yeast (fresh) 10-15 g
  • flour 300-400 g
  • water 200-250 ml
  • olive or vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
  • salt
  • sugar

For tomato sauce:

  • tomatoes – 5-7 pcs.
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 dried peperoncino pepper
  • salt
  • sugar

For filling:

  • olives stuffed with pepper 0.5 jars (80 g net weight of olives)
  • avocado 1 / 2-1 / 4 pieces
  • garlic 8-15 cloves
  • lemon juice
  • basil greens
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper

Cooking method:

Prepare lean dough. Dissolve salt and sugar in warm water (~ 30-35 ° C). Add yeast and stir until yeast is completely dissolved. Add 200 grams of sifted flour to the yeast mixture and mix the dough with a wooden spoon. Pour in olive oil or vegetable oil and mix again. Gradually adding the remaining sifted flour, knead the dough. Knead the dough (being careful not to add more flour) until it falls behind your hands. Put the kneaded dough in a bowl, grease the surface of the dough with vegetable oil (you can cover the bowl with a clean napkin on top). Place the dough in a warm place for about 60 minutes (maybe a little longer).

Prepare tomato sauce. Peel the onion and chop finely. Wash the tomatoes, put them in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, peel and cut into cubes. Heat a small amount of vegetable (or olive) oil in a frying pan, put onion, add a little salt and fry, stirring occasionally, until soft.
Add the tomatoes, turn up the heat, and cook, stirring occasionally, for ~ 3-5 minutes to allow the liquid to evaporate slightly. Optionally, you can add dried peperoncino to the tomatoes and onions to add spice to the sauce. The longer the pepper is stewed, the sharper the sauce will be.
Reduce heat and cook sauce, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes, until thick enough. At the end of cooking, season with salt and add a pinch of sugar.

Cool the finished tomato sauce. Peel the cloves of garlic and, if desired, cut in half. Wash and dry the avocado. Cut the avocado lengthwise into two halves, remove the pit and drizzle with lemon juice so that the avocado does not darken. Cut half (or quarter) avocado into cubes or slices and drizzle some more lemon juice over the diced pieces. Knead the matched dough. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet or circular baking dish, knead with your hands and brush with oil on top.

Put the sauce on the dough circle, spreading it over the entire surface and leaving small sides. Place peeled garlic cloves, olives and avocado slices on the sauce.

Sprinkle the pizza lightly with olive oil. Place the pizza in an oven heated to 220-230 ° C and bake for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, reduce the temperature to 200 ° C and bake for another 10 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with basil herbs.
