RASPBERRY SORBET

RASPBERRY SORBET

The refreshing delicacy of sorbet was originally called sherbet and was a cold fruit drink with ice, to which honey and spices were added. Appearing in China, sorbet quickly fell in love with the Arabs, and then reached the Europeans. Each nation had its own version of sorbet: in the East it was prepared from the fruit of a wild rose with spices and sugar, and in Asia it was served as an appetizer to pilaf or meat. The modern sorbet is native to France and is a popsicles often infused with liquor or other alcohol. A sorbet is prepared on the basis of frozen fruit puree or juice with the addition of honey or sugar.

If you cook this dish at home, from natural ingredients, you can get not only a delicious and light dessert, but also the vitamin benefits of fruits or berries.
