RECIPES FOR NEW YEAR. DESSERTS

New Year is the main family holiday. For a festive feast, we have prepared for you the most interesting dessert recipes for the New Year. All these dishes are not only tasty, but also healthy, because they contain natural honey.

Your New Year’s table will be decorated with simple but delicious fried bananas with honey and nuts, as well as sweets that you can truly be proud of: puff pastries, cherry and honey-chocolate pies and much more.

Fried bananas with honey

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid honey (we recommend using honey “Berestov A.S.” “Akatsievy”)
  • 1 tablespoon of yogurt
  • any nuts for decoration

Cooking method:

Peel the bananas, cut into slices. Fry in a pan and place on a dish or plate. We mix liquid honey with yogurt and pour our fried bananas with this mixture. Sprinkle with nuts. Dessert is ready!

Puff pastries with honey

Ingredients:

  • 800 grams of puff pastry
  • 1 glass of honey (for this recipe with honey we recommend using honey “Berestov AS” Altai “Maisky”)
  • 1 glass of flour
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 5 glasses of milk
  • 12 yolks
  • 50 grams of butter

Cooking method:

Defrost the dough, roll it into layers 3 cm thick and prick them in several places. Cover the baking sheet with parchment or foil, add the dough and bake for 10 minutes. at a temperature of 200 degrees.

To prepare the cream, beat the yolks with honey, add the flour and beat again. Pour the prepared mixture into boiling milk in a thin stream and, stirring continuously, cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. Add butter, mix, cool. Cool the baked puff, cut the edges and cut each layer into 4 equal parts. Lubricate the slices of the puff with cream and put 3 pieces on top of each other. Grease the top of the cakes with cream, sprinkle with crumbs (making puffs from scraps), decorate with honey.

Honey and chocolate cake with apricots

Ingredients:

  • a glass of kefir
  • two thirds of a glass of sunflower oil
  • a glass of sugar
  • a tablespoon of honey (for this recipe with honey, we recommend using honey “Berestov A.S.” Altai “Maisky”)
  • one egg
  • two glasses of flour
  • two-thirds of a teaspoon of baking soda
  • a tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 6-7 apricots
  • a handful of cranberries
  • icing sugar

Cooking method:

Mix kefir with soda and leave for 5-10 minutes. Beat the egg with sugar and honey, add kefir with soda and butter. Beat again. Mix flour with cocoa, sift into dough. Mix thoroughly. Cut the apricots in half, remove the seeds. Pour the dough into a greased mold, press the apricot halves and cranberries on top. We put in an oven preheated to 180 C for about 40 minutes. Cool, remove from the mold, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.

Cherry Pie with Honey

Ingredients:

  • 250 gr flour
  • a quarter glass of honey (we recommend using honey “Berestov A.S.” “Akatsievy”)
  • cherry (to taste)
  • half a glass of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • half a glass of milk
  • sunflower oil
  • 60 ml rum
  • a teaspoon of ground ginger
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg

Cooking method:

Remove seeds from some of the cherries and cut them in half. In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, ginger, flour, butter, milk, egg and baking powder. Stir in the halves of the cherries into this mass. Pour the dough into a greased mold. We put in the oven, preheated to 150 degrees. The pie is baked for 20-30 minutes. Next, mix the rum and honey, pour this mixture over the cake and leave it to soak for an hour. Decorate with the remaining cherries and icing sugar.

Biscuit roll with honey

Ingredients:

  • one glass of flour
  • 2 tbsp. honey (we recommend using honey “Berestov A.S.” “Akatsievy”)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 lemon
  • 200 gr. sour cream
  • 250 gr of any jam

Cooking method:

Put eggs, sugar, honey, soda and flour in a deep bowl, beat with a mixer until smooth and spread on a baking sheet greased with margarine. Pour the mass in a thin layer onto a baking sheet and put in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

Any filling can be made based on the products that you have. For example, whisk sour cream with sugar. Another option is to rub the lemon with the peel, mix with sugar. The third option is to take any jam.

We check whether the biscuit is baked – if it separates easily, then it is ready. Lubricate with the selected filling, roll up into a roll. The roll is ready!
