From time to time, we arrange beneficial procedures for our face and body: we steam to open pores, apply cleansing scrubs, moisturizing lotions and oils – but at the same time we often forget about our hands. But it is they who are more often exposed to chemistry and weather factors, and they age earlier and faster. It is no coincidence that hands are considered an indicator of a woman’s age. So let’s take care of our pens and nails with useful home baths. The main ingredient for many of them is honey, and this is no coincidence: its beneficial properties make it possible to strengthen the nails, and make the skin of the hands soft and smooth, moreover, it prevents premature aging and protects from the external environment. Such baths are best done at night, and after them, be sure to grease your hands with a fat cream.

The easiest way is to make a regular honey bath with water. For 1 cup of warm water, take 2 tablespoons of the product, stir until completely dissolved and put our hands in there for 10-15 minutes. Blot the leftovers with a napkin or just let dry. A relaxing milk bath is prepared in the same proportions. This “Cleopatra remedy” will strengthen your marigolds, soften the skin of your hands and get rid of fine wrinkles.

The honey-lemon bath will not only strengthen the nails and whiten the nail plate, but also improve blood circulation, nourish and tone, however, to use it, you need to make sure that your hands are free of wounds or irritation. At 1 st. warm water we take st. l. honey, 2 tsp. sea ​​salt, 1 tsp. lemon juice. Soak your hands in water for 15 minutes, and apply a honey mask to fix the result.

If the skin of your hands is rough and cracked, and your nails begin to exfoliate, trays with honey and herbs will help you. Chamomile, sage, thyme, or St. John’s wort are best suited for softening; to prepare the infusion, you need to pour st. l. dry herbs with a liter of boiling water and put to infuse. For the bath, a couple of glasses of infusion will be enough, in which you need to dissolve art. l. linden honey.

The next bath is for marigolds only. It will help strengthen them and get rid of delamination. For her, you need to mix a teaspoon of glycerin and honey, pour in warm water and immerse your fingers there. You can add a drop of lemon juice to the bath; it will help whiten your nails and improve their appearance.
