“Smoking is harmful to your health” – the Ministry of Health warns about this, parents warn their children. Despite this, smoking is one of the most common bad habits, which does not depend on gender, age, or social status.

At a conscious age, smokers often understand the full danger of their habit and try to quit smoking in all possible ways. But this is not always easy to do, because smoking is addictive on a psychological level.

Many smokers say: “Yes, I have no addiction. If I want, I can easily give up. ” Whether or not there is addiction, the fact of the harm of smoking remains unchanged, and harms both the smoker himself and those around him. You can get rid of a bad habit, including by folk methods, they are effective and do not give side effects.

Honey is a unique product; it will help you to painlessly break the habit. To quit smoking, you need to follow a small diet. In the morning, before you smoke, eat a tablespoon of honey. After 10 minutes, drink a glass of hot milk. Important! Do not put honey in hot milk; when heated, the beneficial substances of the bee medicine are destroyed. After 30 minutes you can have breakfast. Half an hour before lunch and dinner, the intake of honey and milk in the same amount is repeated. For the rest of the day, whenever you feel like smoking, eat one at a time, dried or fresh apricots or plums – they kill the urge to smoke.

Pour 0.5 kg of fresh chopped oat greens into 1 liter of water, bring to a boil, cool, strain. Drink 0.75-1 glass 3-4 times a day, adding honey to taste. Mix 1 tsp. dry tea, 0.5 tsp. chicory, 0.5 tsp. nettle, 0.5 tsp. mint, 0.25 tsp. chopped valerian root. Put 1 tsp in a well-scalded teapot. the prepared mixture, pour 2 cups of boiling water and leave for 8-10 minutes. Drink healthy herbal tea with seasoning. Seasoning: 1 tbsp grated raw beets, 1 tsp washed raisins, 1 tsp. honey, 0.5 tsp. finely chopped lemon. Mix everything and serve with tea.
