The honey diet is based on the action of the “right” carbohydrates, which help to get rid of lipid deposits and are needed for weight loss. A prerequisite for such a diet is to give up sugar, replacing it with honey. The diet should also include fermented milk products, a lot of vegetables and fruits, but starchy foods are prohibited. There are several variations on the honey diet; here are the most effective ones.

Honey diet with dairy products

First breakfast: 100-150g. low-fat cottage cheese with honey, tea with lemon.

Second breakfast: low-fat yogurt (100-120 g.), A glass of freshly squeezed juice.

Lunch: boiled cauliflower, 2 medium apples, tea with honey.

Afternoon snack: 1 grapefruit (can be substituted with orange, banana or apple).

Dinner: a glass of kefir, with honey.

This honey diet will allow you to lose at least 4-6 kg. unnecessary weight at a time.

Honey diet with fruits, vegetables and nuts

Breakfast: boiled egg, fruit salad (apple-orange), tea with honey.

Second breakfast: a piece of dry cheese or an apple.

Lunch: salad dressed with lemon juice (cucumbers-tomatoes), half of boiled chicken breast, tea with honey.

Afternoon snack: some nuts or dried fruit.

Dinner: baked potatoes with mushrooms, vegetable salad, low-fat yogurt (100-120 g).

At night, drink a glass of water or chamomile broth with a spoonful of honey. You cannot eat after this drink. You need to sit on this honey diet for 2 weeks and no more than once every 2 months.

Honey diet “Six days”

Day 1.

Breakfast: a glass of milk with a spoonful of honey.

Lunch: 100 g of medium-fat cottage cheese, a spoonful of honey.

Dinner: 2 boiled carrots, a teaspoon of honey.

Day 2.

Breakfast: 2 tablespoons of honey with 3 – sour cream (fat content 15-20%).

Lunch: 2 glasses of milk with honey.

Dinner: 150 g of fresh grated carrots with a spoonful of honey added.

Day 3.

Breakfast: half of raw grated beets with a spoonful of honey.

Lunch: a glass of fermented baked milk or natural yogurt, a spoonful of honey.

Dinner: tomato salad with salt and sour cream.

Day 4.

Breakfast: an apple or other fruit, a spoonful of honey.

Lunch: 150 g. Cottage cheese with honey.

Dinner: applesauce with 2 spoons of honey.

Before going to bed, you can drink 200g. warm milk.

Day 5.

Breakfast: a glass of low-fat cream with 2 spoons of honey.

Lunch: salad of red bell peppers rich in carotene.

Dinner: half slices of boiled beetroot.

Day 6.

Breakfast: salad of tomato and raw carrots.

Lunch: low-fat yogurt, 2 spoons of honey.

Dinner: 2 glasses of tomato (carrot) juice.

Despite the apparent limited diet with this honey diet, it assumes enough vitamins and nutrients. Thus, in 6 days you can lose weight up to 8kg. Any of the honey diets can be diversified with muesli, berries, sour juices and drink an unlimited amount of water, and the listed products can be combined with each other. This method of losing weight also has contraindications. If you have allergies or problems with the digestive system, the honey diet is not for you.
