Is there a honey diet for weight loss?
There are a great many honey diets, we offer you one of them:
Breakfast: 150 gr. Low-fat cottage cheese with a spoonful of honey, green apple, sugar-free tea
Lunch: low-fat yogurt, vegetable or fruit juice
Lunch: boiled cabbage or stewed vegetables, boiled chicken or fish, a cup of tea with honey
Afternoon snack: fruits (apples, oranges)
Dinner: a glass of kefir and a spoonful of honey. For a change, on other days of the diet, you can eat vegetable broth, cucumber, tomato and a spoonful of honey for dinner.
For a week of the honey diet, up to five kilograms are lost.
