And autumn dishes, which include honey, are not only excellent taste combinations, but also an opportunity to get a high dose of vitamins and other useful substances!

Vegetables in honey with teriyaki sauce

Vegetables fried in honey with teriyaki sauce have a spicy, spicy-sweet taste and will delight any gourmet. To prepare them, you need:

1 tbsp. l. sesame seeds and natural honey;
150 g of fresh beans and peas;
200 g of radish;
3 tbsp. l. teriyaki sauce;
olive oil;
3 medium carrots;
pepper, herbs to taste.
Fry the sesame seeds in a pan with olive oil. Cut the carrots into thin bars, the radishes into slices, rinse the beans and peas thoroughly. Place vegetables in a skillet with sesame seeds and fry until almost tender. Prepare the sauce with honey, pepper and teriyaki sauce, pour over the vegetables, fry for a few more minutes and leave in the pan to soak. Serve garnished with herbs.

Baked vegetables with honey and spices

Roasted vegetables are delicious, but oven cooking is considered healthier and the ingredients absorb each other’s flavor to create a single flavor bouquet. You can try baked vegetables with honey and spices. For this dish you will need:

6 tbsp. l. honey;
balsamic vinegar;
4 medium carrots;
3-4 garlic cloves;
250 g of dry wine or vegetable broth;
100 g butter;
thyme sprigs;
3 large potatoes;
balsamic vinegar;
salt, pepper – to taste;
a small piece of ginger;
celery root.
Rinse vegetables thoroughly, peel, cut into small pieces, put in a greased baking dish with finely chopped garlic and thyme. Then we prepare the sauce; for it, add honey, finely grated ginger, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste into soft butter, pour wine or vegetable broth. Heat the sauce until smooth in a water bath or low heat, then pour it over the vegetables and put it in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 30-35 minutes.

Meat baked with vegetables and honey

You can experiment with the composition of baked vegetables with honey, for example, replace potatoes with zucchini or eggplant, add veal or pork. This dish can also be used as a side dish for meat dishes. And having cooked meat baked with vegetables and honey, we will get rid of the need to cook several dishes for lunch. For him you will need:

2 sweet peppers;
700 g of meat (it is better if it is a pork neck);
soy sauce;
sprigs of rosemary and thyme;
3 medium potatoes;
100 g broccoli;
2 tbsp. l. honey;
3-4 cloves of garlic;
1 large tomato;
green onions.
Chop the garlic, add soy sauce, liquid honey, rosemary with thyme and olive oil. Pour this mass into a piece of meat and leave for several hours (it is better to marinate in a sleeve or deep dish). Then put the meat together with the twigs on a baking sheet covered with foil, pour over the sauce and bake at 180 ° C for 45 minutes. At this time, prepare vegetables: cut broccoli, potatoes, peppers and tomatoes into small pieces, chop the green onion feathers there. Unfold the foil, put the vegetables with the meat and bake for another half hour – during this time they will have time to absorb the aroma of honey sauce. For these purposes, it is better to buy lime honey, but any other natural bee product will do.
