Have you decided to go on a diet – to improve your shape by summer or just get rid of a couple of extra pounds? The first step, of course, is to give up sweets. It is unlikely that you will be able to indulge in a cake with cream, but preparing yourself a dietary dish with honey is quite acceptable. Honey belongs to dietary products, and its beneficial properties will tone the body, improve metabolism and have a beneficial effect on digestion. Honey is a nutritious product, which means that you will fill up with less food and will not “nibble”.

Red fish salad

The most useful dishes are those in which honey is not heat-treated – for example, salads. Salad with red fish and exotic fruits is an unusual and healthy flavor combination for gourmets! To prepare it, take:

200 g of any red fish (steak);
1 tbsp. l. honey and grated ginger;
1 avocado and 1 kiwi;
olive oil for dressing;
lettuce leaves.
Salt the fish, wrap it in foil and set it to bake at 180-200 ° C for half an hour. At this time, put the salad on a plate, peel and chop the kiwi and avocado and put the slices on top. We mix ginger and honey. Cut the baked fish (or tear it with your hands) into small slices, put it on top of the fruit, pour it with honey mixture and olive oil

Honey salad with pumpkin and turnip

This is not only a dietary dish with honey, but also a storehouse of vitamins and microelements. For him you need:

250-300 g pumpkin;
4 tbsp. l. thin honey;
1 medium turnip;
2 apples
First, “marinate” the pumpkin in honey; To do this, we will cut it into cubes, fill it with bee product and leave it for an hour so that it is well saturated. Then we grind apples and turnips, add, mix everything. You can use any seasoning you like.

Chicken fillet with honey

What could be more dietary than chicken fillet? It will be even tastier if baked with honey. For this dish you need:

500 g chicken fillet (or breast);
juice of half an orange;
2 tbsp honey;
salt, black pepper and ground ginger – to taste;
Salt the breasts, put them on a greased baking sheet. Prepare a marinade from orange juice, honey, ginger and pepper by mixing the ingredients. Lubricate our diet dish with honey with marinade and bake for half an hour at 180 ° C. You can bake the breast in foil, so the meat will be even more tender.

Smoothie with honey

Smoothie is itself a dietary and vitamin dish, so why not add natural honey there? There is a lot to experiment here.

In principle, honey is appropriate in any fruit smoothie, but it is better to add it where there is initially a slight sourness so that the dish does not turn out to be cloying.

For example, you can add a spoonful of honey to a banana smoothie with kefir and cinnamon with the addition of fresh berries (blueberries, currants, cranberries) to balance the taste; a bee product is also appropriate in variations with citrus, sour apples, as well as any vegetables.
