PANCAKES WITH HONEY

Traditional pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 l. water or milk
  • 25 gr. yeast
  • 2 tbsp. honey “Berestov A.S.” Altai “Maisky” in dough
  • 150 gr. honey “Berestov A.S.” “Acacia” for pancakes
  • 1 glass of vegetable oil
  • salt
  • 5 glasses of flour
  • 3 tbsp. Sahara
  • 2 glasses of sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 100-150 gr. butter

Cooking method:

Melt yeast in warm water or milk, add 2 tablespoons of honey and sugar. Stir everything well, cover with a towel and leave warm for about an hour. Add flour, salt, beaten eggs into the resulting mixture, knead the dough and leave it warm. When the dough rises, add sour cream and vegetable oil. When the dough comes up a second time, stir it thoroughly and bake. Grease the finished pancakes well with butter and honey.

Pancakes for children on oatmeal with apples

Ingredients:

  • 250 gr. oatmeal
  • 0.5 l. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gr. apples
  • salt
  • sugar
  • cinnamon
  • 150 gr. honey “Berestov A.S.” “Acacia”

Cooking method:

Pour the oatmeal with milk and let it swell. After 1 hour add the beaten eggs, grated apples, sugar and salt. Spoon the dough into a frying pan hot with fat and fry on both sides. Serve with sour cream, sugar, acacia honey and cinnamon.

Pancakes “Honey temptation”

Ingredients:

  • 3.5 cups wheat flour
  • 2 glasses of milk
  • 30 gr. yeast
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. butter in dough
  • 100-150 gr. butter for pancakes
  • 1 tsp sugar, a pinch of salt
  • 150-200 gr. honey “Berestov A.S. “Bashkirkhan” Linden “
  • berries to your taste

Cooking method:

We heat the milk (it should be slightly warm), dissolve the yeast in it, mix it with flour and put it in a warm place, not forgetting to cover it with a towel. When the dough has risen (about an hour, one and a half), add sugar, a pinch of salt, 3 tablespoons of butter, drive eggs one by one. Mix everything well and put it back in the heat. When the dough rises, you can no longer mix it. Heat a small pancake pan and grease it with oil. We fry lush pancakes.

Very important! The pan must be clean. To do this, put the pan on fire, pour salt on the bottom, warm it up a little and wipe the salt with a dry cloth.

Grease the finished pancakes with butter, and then linden honey. We spread the pancakes on top of each other and decorate with berries. Enjoy your health!

Pancakes with buckwheat flour

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 0.5 cups wheat flour
  • 2 glasses of milk
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cups of sugar
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
  • sour cream
  • honey “Berestov A.S.” Altai “Buckwheat”

Cooking method:

Pour the eggs into a bowl, add granulated sugar and beat well with a whisk. Add milk. Add salt, mix. Pour in vegetable oil. Mix all flour and baking soda separately. Pour flour and soda into a liquid base, mix. Preheat a frying pan, grease it with oil. Pour a small amount of dough (if the dough is very thin, add a little flour, if thick, dilute with milk). Bake on one side until tender. Serve pancakes, greased with oil and sprinkled with aromatic buckwheat honey.

Pancakes on beer

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 glasses of beer
  • egg
  • 2 tbsp. l. Sahara
  • 0.5 cups vegetable oil
  • 100 gr. butter
  • 200 gr. honey “Berestov A.S.” Altaytsvet “Mountain”
  • salt
  • soda

Cooking method:

Beat the egg with sugar, add baking soda, beer and half the flour. Knead the dough and let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Then add the vegetable oil, the remaining flour, stir well and bake. Pour the finished pancakes with melted butter. Serve with mountain honey in a separate bowl for each guest.
