Smoothies are not just “trendy”, but also healthy and delicious. Despite its consistency, a smoothie is considered food and can replace a full meal, and a balanced composition and low calorie content will help enrich the body with useful substances and maintain a toned figure. It is believed that smoothies can be made from arbitrary ingredients; in fact, there are several “classic” ingredients, including natural honey.

Smoothie with honey and oatmeal is a complete and very healthy breakfast, including for athletes. You can make a honey peach smoothie. For him we take:

  • 1 large peach;
  • 1 stack. oatmeal;
  • 2 stacks milk;
  • 2 tbsp. l. honey.

Wash the peach, take out the pit, cut into small cubes, which we place in a blender. Pour oatmeal on top, put honey, fill it with milk. A few seconds of blender operation – and our smoothie is ready! You need to eat it right away, until the oatmeal turns into a swollen mass. Instead of a peach, you can use a banana or apricots.

In the cold season, the sun is so lacking. Smoothie with honey “Sunny” will give you a couple of minutes of good mood and a powerful charge of vitamins. The point is to take the ingredients of the “sunny” flowers – peach, grapefruit, large carrots and half a pineapple, add 1 tbsp. l. honey and mix everything in a blender. As a result, we get a smoothie with a rich taste of a bright “sunny” color.

Delicious honey smoothies based on cottage cheese are obtained (it should not be grainy). For example, a curd-honey smoothie for which you need:

  • 10-15 cherries (you can take ice cream);
  • packaging of curd;
  • 1 tbsp. l. honey;
  • 1 banana.

Put the cottage cheese in a blender, add honey, banana and cherry. Beat everything into a homogeneous mass – and enjoy! Instead of cottage cheese, you can take natural yogurt, and replace the cherries with blueberries, raspberries or other berries.

Smoothies can also be vegetable. When combined with honey, this dish acquires powerful cleansing and restorative properties. For example, honey spinach and ginger smoothie. For him we take:

  • thumb-sized ginger root;
  • 1 tbsp. l. honey;
  • 2 handfuls of spinach;
  • 2 sweet and sour apples.

Three ginger on a fine grater, pour into a blender, add spinach, honey and sliced apples without a core. The resulting smoothie may be too thick – dilute it with water until the consistency allows you to drink it through a straw.
